Interview
2 stage interview process. The first interview was one to one, quite formal but relaxing at the same time. This allowed me to feel more confident and put myself forward in a more positive way. But I feel it also allowed the interviwer to get a better understanding of myself.
The second interview was more formal with HR presence and more set questions. But again I the atmosphere was relaxing which again helped me to express what skills and knowledge I could bring to the business.
