I had 2 interviews - the manager who interviewed me is easy going, open, listener, laid back, and I was called to start the job. So far, so good, I am still learning - but yeah it looks good - I’ve heard people working here for decades now - so it must be comforting otherwise they would not have made it so far and so long. Interview
I applied online for the role, I was then contacted by the recruitment department, who are really helpful, they confirmed my interview dates, rang be before interview to ensure I was prepared. the recruitment department also send out a pack with helpful hints and some company information.
The interview was held by the hiring manager and the HR manager, it is competency based and focused on things required for the role, some technical question were asked.
