I applied for a position as a Corporate Senior Recruiter at Swift and I was quickly contacted for a more in-depth interview because they were interested in my CV. I find myself in a conversation with two people who were not professional at all, laughing between them for some reason, without really having any interest in my profile. This is the worst interview I’ve had with people at a certain level of decision-making in the company. And by the way, I’ve never had a return from anyone from the HR team. Even if after the interview for me it was impossible to work with people unable to build an interest in others. After several weeks without news, I sent them a note saying that they could close my application because I was no longer interested in working for them. scandalous! and candidate experience in all this? The name and notoriety are not enough anymore it is important to understand that today it is win-win situation people are looking for. You must also prove that you deserve the talent that interests you.
