Confusion and Lack of Feedback; Could be conducted in different format with careful consideration for prior experience. Seemed very disorganized. Interview panel needs to go over resume and prior experiences more thoroughly.

30 minute core java questions test followed by a 10 minute interview with technical lead. Interesting point was the technical lead did not bother to go over resume.
30 minutes around. Ask basic framework knowledge, linux and easy level lc: find the fibonacci sequence recursively and print out them in your IDE. It is a zoom interview include your manager, tech lead and the person you work with in the future
the interview process was very good and the interviewer was also good. he was very supportive and encouraging. he was helping me whenever I was facing any issues. also he was very polite.
The interview process consisted of about 4 or 5 interviews and took a very long time in between, asking lots of personal questions as well as some technical ones, in total the interview process took around 3-5 months
