The interview process is fairly rigorous, with an all-day aptitude test which includes a 30ish minute behavioral interview. There was a short screening interview days before all of that as well. The aptitude test could be hard if you've never worked with rivets and drills before, but they're not just seeing if you're already skilled, they're mostly looking to see if you're trainable. There was a gift card at the end of the process.
