Interview
You are not contacted via email at my location. The manager will call you at random for an impromptu screening. If you are deemed acceptable, then they ask you to interview onsite during the following week. The onsite interview consists of three rounds of questions from current project leaders, and includes lunch. Each round lasts between thirty minutes to an hour and does not include very technical questions. All questions seem to stem from your resume.

Interview
Had a phone screen asked basic HR/resume questions. Then got invited to on-site with two engineers who asked C++ , OOP related questions and more conversation style questions. Surprised didn’t get offer cause I thought everything went well and even answered most questions correctly. However everyone was super friendly and warm. Just disappointing that they sent a generic automated rejection email considering I drove 5 hours from nyc to interview with them. Timely responses, at least they didn’t drag it out.
