Upon invitation to Stockholm, I participated in a full day of recruitment activities. The day began with introductions—each candidate, including myself, presented themselves to the group, followed by an overview of the program.
Later, we worked on a group case (6 participants per group), which focused primarily on qualitative questions rather than calculations. The results were then presented in front of both the managers and the other candidates.
Followed by individual interviews with both managers and HR.
Overall, it was a genuinely enjoyable and engaging day.
