I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sabre (Kraków) in May 2016
Interview
After phone screening performed by recruitment agency I was asked to complete online test. I did it and a person responsible for recrutation told me that I earned almost maximal number of points. However I was not invited to on-site interview. I did not get any useful feedback. The whole recruitment process was very opaque and raises questions about possible discrimination because I am over 40 years old.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sabre (Kraków) in Jan 2012
Interview
First part was a phone screen interview where they check if your profile matches open position. Then another part was hold in-house with manager and person at similar level - tech lead. They were very specific and detailed in terms of the questions they asked.
