Interview
I applied for a position listed on LinkedIn and recieved an email the next day from "Sabre online Interview". This was a scam. The email subject line had " interview Invitation" with a specific time in the EST timezone even though the company is located in the CST timezone. The email address that is masked is an @hotmail.com address. When you go to the person's LinkedIn profile it says she is a recruiter for Sabre but the icon is different than the official Sabre company. I am reporting this here because this could explain some of the negative reviews. I was fooled at first until I was offered a position without any technical interview or assessment as a Software Engineer. Then I asked the recruiter if she could provide the website of the company and she provided the official Sabre website. (thinking that it might be a different company which happened to have the same name) Also, I was given a link that had a sketchy URL. I didn't click on it. Do NOT provide any PII to this scam.
I have since been in contact with the real Sabre security team. They were very helpful and confirmed that the person who contacted me did not work for them.
