Question 1
What led you to seek work with disabled individuals? What Experience do you have in this field? Do you know/have you known anyone with an intellectual disability? What is your experience with disabilities? I'll just list some things I was asked about: Family, kids, hobbies, interests, marriage.
When I was interviewed it was a fairly low bar of entry as far as technical skills and computer literacy (which is a reasonable portion of the job) However, not a dealbreaker requirement if you are willing to practice and apply yourself.
