I applied online. I interviewed at Safeway (Colorado Springs, CO) in Mar 2013
Interview
It was rather typical in the questioning types- you're three weaknesses, you're three strengths, are you comfortable talking to people. The gentleman conducting the interview said there were two positions available in that store and that they would apply the previous number of hours I worked to increase my initial pay. I informed him the positions in that store had already been filled. When the time came for me to transfer into the Barista position they refused to accept my former hours.
