There is only one interview for this position. It is with the meat field merchandiser, store manager, and an HR representative. Straight foreword interview questions. Salary is about 45,000 plus bonus if the store and department qualify. Interview will normally last about 30 minutes. Business dress code. They will generally hirer from inside the company, but outside the company does get hired if they are knowledgeable.
