Interview
A formatted questionaire was followed. If they liked your answers then you were hired. Once the interview was done and you were hired they set a time to come back and finish the hiring process and do a swab the mouth drug test. Then you started your computer based training. The interview was average based on previous experience in retail grocery interviews. Good practice for someone starting in the work arena. Just don't lie about your work ethic, it will come back and bite you.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult co worker or customer. What did you do?
It was fast and easy, very proactive people and organized. On the first day I received the call, and I was happy about it. They hire fast. If in the first 2 weeks you don't receive a call, check again.
Didn't ask any hard questions, just when availability was and if was over 18 (in order to be cashier). Didn't have to wait long to be called into the office.

When I came in for the interview, I was brought back to the office. We went over previous work scenarios and how I handled them. I was given a choice between two departments. I received an offer letter then and there.
