Got a call from the recruiter and did my phone interview. Overall, very relaxed interview session. The interviewer was encouraging. But was slow in replying to emails (would differ depending on who your recruiter is).

Very seamless.
Standard interview questions, what did you do during a stressful situation, what could you improve on etc. asked about pay and whether or not a certain range would be acceptable. Felt like more of a conversation than interview which I liked.

Easy process, I interviewed for an hour and got an offer a week afterward. District manager was really nice and accommodating. He also matched my pay and offer me extra benefits.
