I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Safeway (Beaverton, OR)
Interview
One on one interview. Very casual and relaxed. Went over application and asked basic interview questions. At the end I took a drug test by mouth swab and was offered the job.
I was able to put in my resume online, and was contacted back within a few days. The interview was like most interviews, asking about if I've been a stocker, or worked nights before.
Like a school test. Obtaining knowledge very fast through multiple meet ups. They take their time so it's not an issue if you're a little slow to take in the information. Learning the different stores and products within the workplace.
The interview was well laid out. Asked appropriate questions and appeared to be invested into the interview. The interviewer was on time and very friendly. Answered all questions about the company and benefits. The person talked with pride about the company.
