I came into the store and sat down at a table with the hiring manager. The interview was very basic and simple. She asked me how long I would be working there and what my past experience was. Overall the interview was not a problem. I was also given a quick drug test and the results were sent back to me within 2 days.
Very simple, just asked for basic information like name, other personal information, availability, which department I wanted to work in, etc. There was only one question. What items would you recommend to a customer for a kids birthday?
