1 on 1 interview with floor supervisor. Very friendly, and somewhat standardized questions, and somewhat casual. Mix of behavioural and situational questions. Interview occurred on site physical location. Online application was tedious.
It was a standard interview. You just have to answer questions they ask and ask questions you want to be answered. It was easy and to the point like an other interview is.
