Typical job interview. Tell something about yourself, strengths & weaknesses, legal documents to work, ask availability.
They don't ask to do any practice tests. Prior experience is not necessary for the job as long as you are willing to learn and be trained.
It was quick and easy not much else to say there was brief typical questions and then tests they make you take for some reason. Its just basic customer service survey that you use common sense for really.

They asked scenario questions, So if a fellow employee wasn't doing the cleaning up to the standards they have at this company how would you approach the issue?
Easy process questions regarding past experience and how would you react in certain scenarios the process is short and the questions are not hard to answer depends a lot on the manager doing the interview but most of the times as long as what you are answering make sense you will be good

Interview
Only went through a few rounds, it was pretty easy and seamless. Applied and got a call back on the same week to come in for an interview. The recruiter was very nice and thorough with the information.
