I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Safeway (Flagstaff, AZ) in Jun 2018
Interview
They asked the basic questions like if I was in school, are you looking for full time or part time, and how long are you staying, and etc. And after answering all the questions they had I got the job at Safeway.
Pretty chill. They ask about employement history. Ask about my dream to become a bagger. Ask how I like to bag. They ask if you’re going to be the best bagger. They ask how I feel about self checkout and ai.
In-person interview: Asked about some of my achievements, or when I had to use problem solving/leadership. It was pretty straightforward. Appreciated that I came dressed up a little. Discussed what the job would entail for me, and gave me opportunity to ask questions too.
