I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sago
Interview
It was a pretty generic and casual interview interview. They describes the company/ position and ask basic interview questions. What type of job are you looking for? Describe how your previous work experience relates to this position. How do you feel about talking on the phone all day? How do you prioritize your work load?

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sago in Oct 2015
Interview
It was a basic interview. I filled out an application and then spoke to the Project Manager briefly. Interview took around 15 minutes. He was very friendly and asked very general interview questions, told me more about the job, and we chatted a little bit about the company. Overall did not have any really difficult questions, and the company seems like a place I'd really enjoy working for. The staff seemed very laid back in general.

I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Sago (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
They showed me around first and then we sat down and we started the conversation with me telling my interviewer a little bit about myself. Then she asked me about my recruiter experience and why I would like to work at Schlesinger and what in their ad on attracted me to the position. Then they asked me about a time I had to complete a challenge and do I prefer to work as a individual or a team. then I was asked what qualities that make me stand out from others and what I could bring to the company.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sago
Interview
The interview process was fairly easy. I applied through a referral and got a telephone interview. They ask basic questions such as where you see yourself in the company, strengths, weaknesses, etc. Next, you move onto an in person interview where they ask more basic interview questions to see how you will fit into the company. Basically as long as you can read and write, you will be okay. They sent my offer letter that same day!
