I sent my resume to the Schlesinger Group office in my city and they called me back within a few days. Within the next week, I met the manager for an interview and had a very casual interview with them. Super Basic interview, they looked at the resume and didn't really care who I was. You walk in and have a one on one. This demonstrates that they are non-judgemental. They just asked if I had any qualifications on the job description.
