I had an initial interview with the recruiter, and then one after with the hiring manager. I then had an interview with the technical director. Initially, I was very impressed with the follow-up and them keeping me in the loop with where I was with them. But then after the 3rd interview, I did not hear from them, even if it was to reject me. Overall, neutral experience.
