Very simple interview process, 2 rounds only, quick HR process. Can depend on recruiter for updates. please confirm your rounds initially itself for better understanding. Overall it was good experience with Schlesinger Group, now names as Sago.

One step interview process with facility supervisor and one of the executives. Interview lasted around thirty minutes with a tour of the facility included. The supervisor provided a detailed explanation of the company’s mission and the expectations of the intended hire. Supervisor was pleasant

Interview process took forever and after 5 interviews. It was a very lengthy process interviewing with several people (more than 4). A bit extreme and for a director role. They string you along.
