Saicon Consultants interview questions

I was contacted about an SEO Specialist position opportunity in San Diego. From the start, the person calling me mumbled, spoke very fast and was very difficiult to understand. It felt very much like a pitch and was not professional. When asked about my salary expectations, I responded with the average for my area and expertise, around $50k+. Saicon asked if I would be willing to work for $25k annually, which is absolutely ridiculous. After reading further reviews, I see that there are multiple negative reviews for Saicon.

Every company is different and the interview process varies from company to company. Coming to salary negotiation, not in a situation to give he basic minimum hike also, rather, they want to hire workers not employees.
