The interview was divided into three parts: 1. With the regional manager to understand the concepts of the role and expectations, 2. with the regional manager's manager for a cultural check, and 3rd interview for technical evaluation.

Interview
Good communication and well organised, very flexible with times etc. Multi stage interview. All interviewers were friendly and process was good. Mix of technical and non technical interviews. There was also an "exam" style where you had to answer about 10 questions.
