Interview
The SailPoint “crew members” were an absolute joy to interview with. This was all done remotely due to COVID so I thought it would be a little strange but it felt intimate and comfortable. Each interview felt more like a conversation and open dialogue rather than a Q&A session which is part of the reason I feel so passionate about the job opportunity.

It's a waste of time and efforts on both ends. The company needs to uplift the recruitment process to filter out profiles correctly.
