the recruitment process was divided into following process.. 1- an online test which tested your aptitude and technical knowledge(elimination round). 2- a GD was conducted which involved a panel of about 10 candidates(elimination round). 3- Holland test, Beft test. 4- A combined HR and Technical Interview.(those who were selected were called to Chennai(IND) for the final interview with the MD. 5- Before your final interview you will have to give an aptitude online test and a day before your interview you get a paper form which questions are asked in your final interview. 6- Now the last phase of the selection process is the interview with the MD It is a bit hectic selection process where at each and every level elimination is possible but as they say harder the task brighter is the outcome.
