I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Saint-Gobain (Chennai)
Interview
it was trough campus. 1 business process analysis test and psychometric analysis test which are online and are difficult to handle and needs lot of patience . Infact, i feel results of those tests are not considered for selection. GD will be some current topic and two rounds of interviews it was not too tough and they focus on your background and attitude. Immediately they selected me and mobility also matters alot ( atleast we should say that we are ready to move to anywhere in india) . SInce getting in to such company is too difficult i have given my consent. HR round is a formality and i felt schocked when they tried to convince my parents regarding my location of job.

Interview
The interview is more about how well you understand the concept rather than drilling you to the core. However it was a long process before finally getting selected. The interview started at 9 and ended around 5 in the evening so it was a bit tedious one with four rounds of interview on the same day.
