It was a lousy interview. I was called for a video call interview, and the hiring manager was about 10 minutes late. Manager joined while I was writing an email to HR about no show of the hiring manager. After the interview started, the manager was very disorganized. They had no idea of what questions to ask. Finally they ended by saying "Please excuse us today. It is just one of those days". I don't think I will accept to go for the on-site interview if at all asked.
