Unnecessarily delayed, HRs were non-responsive. After 1.5 months and 3 rounds of interviews(all cleared by me), they negotiated the package again and reduced it by 8 lacs and then mentioned that they might not need a Project Lead after 3 months, but they are still contemplating. Then they ghosted.
