One on one interview with the principal investigator (PI) hiring you. Was invited to the PI's office to interview, and discussed basic responsibilities, background on the research being conducted, and why I would be a good fit.
After receiving an acceptance letter from the school, I was emailed by a professor about role. Had a zoom call talking about past projects and relevant experience. Received offer after call.

One interview with lab director and a professor. HR and management were talked to afterwards, they were extremely disorganized and unsure of the hiring process. The people who ran the lab seemed to know what they were doing but the management seemed awful.
