Lengthy process but got to meet a lot of people. 2 Virtual interviews (plus a phone screening) with different team members, then an in person interview that lasted about 2 hours.

Applied online and received an email about a month later asking to set up a phone screening. The phone screening was with a recruiter and was just basic questions. At the end, I was asked for times that I would be available for a virtual interview with the director of the department. The virtual interview was with three people and questions were very job and experience related. It went well and the interviewers were engaged and seemed happy with the answers I was giving. Was told I would likely hear from them the next week about potential next steps. Did not hear back so emailed the recruiter and was told that they decided to go with other candidates.
