I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Saint Luke's (Kansas City, MO) in Jan 2019
Interview
First had interview with HR then scheduled an interview with nurse manager of the unit I was interested in. HR interview was pretty thorough compared to the nurse manager interview.

What is a challenging situation you went through and how did you deal with it?
Very poor text based “interview” that lasted about 3 mins I was more confused by anything at the end of it. Was under the impression I’d be taken seriously and interviewed but nope. Followed up and nothing still confused several days later.
Easy and straightforward. Two rounds, both of which were done virtually. First interview with HR second interview with unit manager. Each lasted 30 minutes. Whole process was 2 weeks, from application to accepting offer.
