Everybody was very excited to talk with me, it wasn't so much an interview as very candid, open and honest conversations (on both sides) to see if it would be a good fit not just from performance, but from cultural fit as well.
The last stage was a presentation to a three-person panel.

After speaking with HR, there is a two-round interview process. The first interview is behavioral and conversational. The second is a panel interview -- the candidate prepares a presentation and walks through it with the interviewers. Its not a "role play" presentation -- you need to summarize a project you've worked on and exemplify your executive presence.
