I was recruited for Salesforce, had a couple phone meetings with the recruiter to learn about the position and fill him in on my experience and what I was looking for. Once he determined that I was a good candidate I had a phone interview with another senior project manager after which I was invited in for an afternoon of interviews. I met with several groups consisting of PMO, PMs, Technical directors, etc with the focus on my past experience and my response to typical project management scenarios that I would encounter. I received a verbal offer about a week after that interview and after a background check received an offer letter. Overall I found the process well organized and straightforward, no gotcha's, no unnecessary hurdles or gamesmanship, but clear focused questions and a sense that they knew exactly what they were looking for and when I fit the bill they quickly closed the deal.
