Interview
The interview process consisted of an initial exploratory conversation with an ex-colleague and then a recruiter. Both were relatively informal and more about getting to know each other and establishing a fit. Once I'd applied I had 2 face to face interviews - one with an RVP, and the other with a Director. Rapport was good, questions centred around my CV and motivations. The final stage was a Panel IV where I had to prepare a presentation in response to a case study scenario. I was provided with a lot of Salesforce collateral to be used in my presentation. I was finally offered a role of Senior Customer Success Manager.
