The interview process included multiple interviews with key stakeholders including Project Managers, Engagement Managers, Directors and VPs. All the individuals were highly active in their questions and answers. They provided a firm and consistent basis to understand the company and, although unique, their answers gave a similar picture. It is clear that they all had a significant focus on hiring the candidate who would both have the experience for the role but also was a good fit for the team they would work with. The most significant part of the process was the case study presentation. This was well thought through and directly relevant to the role I was applying for. The team that joined from Salesforce remained interested and asked great questions through out.
