I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2009
Interview
Trial by fire. First interview is usually with recruiter asks you the vanilla basics. Then deep dive with 3 people who ask you deeper questions about your product chops and your market.

Everything is expected if you know your market and agile methodology.
Great interview process. Recruiters were friendly and responsive. These days most big tech cos make you do endless loops — with SF I had 3 1:1 interviews and got the offer.

I applied online. I interviewed at Salesforce in Jun 2026
Interview
Nice and polite verbal tone. But the interview screen was only a short 15 minutes. Not willing to give time for me to ask my questions nor really get to know me. Subtle insider arrogance — listed a lot of jargon and abbreviations, and assuming that I know all of Salesforce’s insider jargon even though I’m an outsider. Tone was weird ... It’s like they expected me to interrupt them during the middle of her talking … but she never actually gave any break or invitation to jump in and explain my qualifications. Very rude interview style wrapped up in niceness.

I applied online. I interviewed at Salesforce (Denver, CO) in Nov 2025
Interview
The interviews were 5 individual people plus the insiders program. Each interview only 30 minutes long so very abbreviated. Too abbreviated I think. Mostly seem to be looking for fit.
