Interview
Pretty standard interview process structure. HR screen, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, followed by a panel interview where I gave a presentation. The recruiter I worked with was extremely helpful, and made the process smooth and painless. Overall, this was the most enjoyable interview process I have been a part of to this day. They give honest feedback about your interview performance and make sure that you are in the loop with what's happening.

I spoke with my recruiter, Stephanie Martin, who walked me through the interview, hiring and onboarding process thoroughly. I only had one interview with Stephanie, and a panel interview with the hiring team and peers. This is not typical in the Salesforce interview process. You will often have 1-3 interviews with the team. I know this from previous interviewing experience with Salesforce.
