I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (McLean, VA) in Jan 2022
Interview
I had a friendly phone screen that lasted about 20 minutes. The recruiter was respectful and engaged and wanted to learn about my background, interests, salary requirements, availability, etc. This was followed by a first technical interview with a senior TAM, and then a second technical interview with the TAM supervisor. I made it to the final stage which is a panel interview where you make a 20 minute slide deck presentation to a team of TAM leaders.

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce in Dec 2023
Interview
Initial call with recruiter which was great. The recruiter was very professional setting expectations and completing follow up quickly and professionally.
The interview with two of the TAMs was ok, they both seemed nice, but feel they were a bit disorganised with their questions and had not prepared together for the interview. The feedback received on the interview was detailed, which was good. However, please remember that candidates are also interviewing the company, it's not just a one way street.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Salesforce in Nov 2023
Interview
I previously applied multiple times but the way I landed an interview was via a recruiter on LinkedIn. The recruiter provided a list of situational questions and we spoke about my experience. After I spoke briefly to HR, and was immediately scheduled for a final panel interview. The entire process took 2 weeks. I received an offer less than 48 hours after my panel interview.

Simple and straightforward process which ofc udk it will be while you’re stressing out preparing for it. I had a recruiter reach out via LinkedIn about becoming a TAM. Same day I was setup with my talent advisor. A few days later I had a call with my TA to set up the panel interview. If was 75 minutes including a 15 minute presentation on a marketing cloud related project of my choice. They asked me questions about my presentation and marketing cloud related technical questions and generic customer service questions. 3 days later I had a job offer
