Interview
I interviewed for one financial analyst position. The recruiter called and we had a phone interview. I had a panel interview where I talked to 3 different individuals for 30 minutes each. The recruiter told me I did not get that job but gave me their feed back and asked if she could give my information for another financial analyst position that I’d be a good fit for. I talked to the hiring manager then the panel of a different 3 individuals. Then next day the recruiter text she had good news and we scheduled a meeting where she gave me feedback and then the offer

Interview
First interview was with a recruiter. It was a pretty standard weeding out interview. Next interview was with the hiring manager. He was very laid back and explained the role, the team, and his managing style. The last interview was a virtual panel with 3 interviewers. It was a bit intense but each interviewer was efficient and personable.

3 rounds -- HR, one technical with hiring manager, second behavioral + technical with the whole team. It was fairly straightforward, people were friendly and nice and genuinely interested to get to know you as a person.
