I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Zürich) in Jul 2023
Interview

Question 1
- Wieso Sales? - Wieso Salesforce? - Warum die Industrie? - Warum der Wechsel vom jetzigen Arbeitgeber?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Salesforce in Jul 2025
Interview
The interview process consists of 3 rounds. Initial recruiter screen, interviews with hiring managers (RVPs) and then a panel presentation. They like you to interview with a few different leaders to see where you would be the best fit.
My candidate experience was not ideal. The recruiters did not communicate in a timely fashion. RVPs are required to enter feedback within 24 hours in Workday so it should not take two weeks to get feedback. Multiple emails and phone calls were ignored and it felt like I was chasing down a prospect just to get a response. Happy I did not get an offer as the organization showed their true colors during the interview process.

Interview
A phone interview with two recruiters and a manager, a panel interview in person, and a presentation in person. They also liked to see that I took the time to understand the company as well as the field that I interviewed for. Nothing too out of the ordinary here.
