      Interview

Quick and easy within 3 weeks from initial phone screen to offer. Great team and company! Great benefits and generous time off. It was a no brainer. I was very nervous but they made it easy to talk to them. They were dressed casual for a virtual interview which made me feel at ease.

      Interview

Sadly, my interview experience wasn't what I had hoped it would be. I'm a sales recruiter who began my career in sales, so this opportunity felt like a natural fit. I've used the company's product, followed Mark Benioff for years, and genuinely believed it was a place where I could build a long-term career. During the interview process, the hiring manager described me as a "unicorn" candidate. They praised my background, my track record of hiring top sales talent, my understanding of the sales ecosystem, and my unique sourcing strategies. Throughout my career, I've built relationships with leaders in women's sales communities and created a referral program at a startup that not only resulted in exceptional long-term hires but also built a valuable pipeline of top sales talent in the New York City market. I interviewed with two recruiting managers. Each interview lasted 30 minutes, with only about five minutes at the end reserved for questions. The conversations felt more like rapid-fire assessments than opportunities for a two-way discussion. Not receiving an offer was certainly disappointing. Especially since I was told they were hiring many recruiters. What was even more difficult was waiting three weeks to learn that the company had decided to move forward with another candidate. For those three weeks, I found myself constantly checking my email, hoping for good news. I understand that hiring decisions are complex, and not every interview results in an offer. Still, timely communication is an important part of the candidate experience, especially after investing significant time and energy in the process. I walked away disappointed because I truly believed I could have made a meaningful impact in the role.

      Interview

The process took about 3 weeks. I did an interview with a recruiter, Kathy. She was great and thorough on the initial screening. Next, I did on-site interviews with the entire team about 45 minutes with each person. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortable.
