Process was not good. Met with incompetent leaders who have no business being in the positions they are in. Rude, demoralizing experience. I was shocked how poorly it was done.

The recruiters treat you like you are lucky to be giving you time. It often sounds as if they are checking the boxes and arent paying attention to you at all. They then will tell you they will pass you around to other recruiters there to see what openings they have and then never get back to you. Often times they will ask you if you will take a lower role to work there because "others take a step back to get into SF" and that is a big turn off enough as is. The interviews will make you wonder why you wasted your time.
