      - One-on-one interview with hiring manager - Panel interview and portfolio review with five managers - One-on-one interviews with two team members and hiring manager Casual but professional. Extremely talented group of people. Very kind throughout the process. Focused on getting to know me as a person, my experience in design, and my experience working with others.

      Interview

      Interviewed for Heroku design team. Initial phone screen with group director, then four video calls with various team members and managers in design, product management, and engineering. Final step was a take-home product design challenge based on the Heroku product, soft-capped at 3 hrs of work over 4-5 days.
