Very lengthy, zero transparency about the recruiting process, frequent check-ins with the recruiter in terms of what the hiring manager is looking for questions to ask. Required to submit a redlining example. Six weeks of interviews five rounds total to be rejected in the end due to the fear the job would not be engaging enough per their perception and viewed more as a "resume filler".

Interview
I must say that the whole experience wasn’t great for me. One on one and then two one one which were back to back. The hiring managers were a little uptight and one of them wasn’t paying attention and was looking at her phone half the time. The questions were fairly simple and mostly behavioral. The Recuiter pretty much ghosted me after the interview. How very unprofessional of her. She could at the very least reply back and not leave me the candidate hanging. I would not be applying to Salesforce ever.
