The interview process was extremely intense. It was a five-week process; phone screen, supporting manager(s) interview, peer interview, hiring manager interview, and lastly a technical interview with the three managers mentioned above. Each interviewer was open and genuine when giving feedback. The questions that were asked were not easily "Googled" questions which made it feel like a genuinely good interaction. Bringing your authentic self, especially to Salesforce, is a necessity to do well during the interviews. Come prepared and STUDY for the role that you are applying to.
