The application process consisted of 3 stages. The first stage was a short phone screen with a recruiter from Salesforce, the second a competency interview with the SDR manager, and the third a panel presentation for 2 hiring managers. I perceived the application process as well-organised, fast and thorough. It does require some preparation from the candidate's side, such as preparing STAR answers, reading into the company and its values, and really thinking about your motivation for Salesforce, the Tech industry and sales. Overall, I think the application process was a nice experience, and it was challenging.
