The process is not transparent. They did 2 rounds of offsite interview, people management and process management . Post that I asked for feedback and I was told that the feedback is positive and then I was invited for interview on Saturday .
I was asked to carry my laptop.
On reaching there I was taken to a room and I was put to an interviewer, who was remote. My first point if we have to take remote interview then why you are asking candidates to come to office.
In the system design round, there was no challenging question asked and everything went smooth.
I can see other candidates chilling with the interviewers and felt that they know each other and there I got a feeling the entire interview process is a sham.
I was told that the result will be out on Monday/ Tuesday but no one called me to share feedback.
When I called the HR, the HR did not even recognise me.
On asking feedback, I was first told, process round is not positive, and when I asked , that you mentioned the process round is positive and hence you have called me for onsite , the HR changed her words and told people management round, there are some concerns. On asking for detailed feedback , she said I don't have the feedback yet. The HR contradicted herself many times during the conversation.
The entire process is sham and if you are called for onsite interviews, please make through decision to go as internally they have already decided the candidates and to show footfalls, they are inviting candidate and wasting peoples time.
