I had a recruiter screen and moved on to the hiring manager interview. It was a great conversation and I asked him if he had any concerns moving me to the next round and he said no. I did not progress to the next round and no feedback was provided although I did appreciate not being ghosted.

Interview
There was a short initial screening call with a Salesforce recruiter. The next step in the process was a video interview with the Hiring Manager in the US. This was followed by a face-to-face interview in Dublin, and three further video interviews with people in various roles in the US.

Many of the questions were competency based, asking me to give examples of how I handled various scenarios in previous job, such as conflict situations or a difficult clients.
